Here at Fontanaro we are happy to introduce special vegetarian cooking class for our guests who like
to learn how to cook a perfect Italian dinner.
The format is the same of our educational cooking and farming class.
Before starting the class, a couple of days before, we’ll agree together the menu, based on your wishes.
We’ll start from our kitchen garden selecting our fresh organic vegetables and fruits.
We’ll make an introduction on the use of extra virgin olive oil as prime products of the Mediterranean diet and the italian cooking, off course this will be done while tasting it and making a bruschetta. Also we’ll teach you how to recognize a good olive oil by a bad olive oil!
With some food in the stomach we’ll make the first toast with our wines.
Now we’ll be time to make pasta from the skretch. We’ll select organic flour, and we’ll make two kids of home made pasta with two different veggie sauce.
Also we’ll make a special Italian dessert like tiramisu or Caprese cake.
