Home made Italian Custard, better know as Crema della Nonna,
100 of cornstarch
300 gr of Sugar
organic lemon zest
1 lt of milk
Boil the milk with the zest
In the meanwhile whisk the eggs with the sugar add the cornstarch and mix. Slowly add the milk and boil again for other 10 minutes, leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Garnish with fruits or chocolate!
