Ingredients for 1 bream about 900 grams:
– extra virgin olive oil “ Fontanaro”, 2 tablespoons
– pepper ground, q.b.
– Sea Bream, 900 g
– 1 bunch rosemary
– 2 teaspoons sprigs salt
– sage 2 leaves or/and thyme
– a very good wine white, 1/2 cup (we are what we eat, so please do not use box wine or cheap wine!!!)
Salt and pepper the inside of the belly bream, which will fill with a small sprig of rosemary, thyme and one of two leaves of sage. Place the sea bass in a baking dish on which you have placed a beautiful sheet of parchment paper Carta Fata, sprinkle with chopped parsley, pepper, thyme and rosemary.
Sprinkle the sea bream with white wine, then sprinkle with a little extra virgin olive oil Il Fontanaro.
Close the sea bream in FATA baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, then serve it !
