4 eggs
10 1/2 oz (300 grams) sifted flour
10 1/2 oz (300 grams) sugar
8 oz (250 grams) butter
lemon zest
1. Mix all of above in food processor
2 tsp (10 grams) hot melted butter
3 1/2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
2. Mix above ingredients together to caramelize
Peeled summer fruits (peaches, apricots, nectarines) or apples cut in half or quarters if big As much as you like (more is better)..
1.Stir the fruit with the melted butter/brown sugar and lemon juice
