The Vegetable Garden at Fontanaro is a labour of love for us, together with our farmers, design to have the best fresh and organic products for the cooking classes.
Our range of organic vegetables and fruits and fine hand made jams, marmalades, sauces, and dressings have been made with great care and attention to detail.
Here we are what we eat …and we love to be km zero and 100% . We have organic tomatoes only in summer time not in winter!
When the fall comes we’ll use our tomatoes jars (that are only 100) from the vegetable garden for our cooking classes!
