For 4/6 people: 12 pork slices, 2/3 sausages, 2 carrots, 2/3 celery’s stick, 2 clove of garlic, 1 liter of tomato sauce., basil, wild fennel, thyme, 1/2 glass of white wine, 12 cocktail stick, extra virgin olive oil, not-stick pan, flower, chili pepper, sugar.
How to prepare:
Put tomato sauce for some minutes to cook with a tea spoon sugar, some solt, garlic, olive oil, wild herbs, and basilico.
Prepare the filling for the rolls: mix crumbled sausages and herbs.
Prepare pork slices.
Cut julienne carrot and celery .
Spread the filling and some julienne on the the pork slice
Roll it and secure with a cocktail stick
Coat with flour the rolls .
Heat 3 spoons of extra virgin olive oil on a not- stick pan .
Brown the rolls and bathe with the white wine and allow this to evaporate.
Add the tomato sauce and let cook for 5/6 ‘ .
Remove the cocktail stick before serving.
