1 cup of bran
1, ½ cupo o f flour
2 cups of all wheat flour
Half liter of yogurt
1 tea spoon of brown sugar
“ bicarbonate of sodium
Put all ingredients of the dough in a mixer or food processor, blend all ingredients.
Can be done also stirring the ingredients with a spoon….
The consistency is similar to mascarpone…
Then fill the mold (I use the one in “silicone, rubber than can go into the oven)
With a good spoon of dough, spread on top sesame or puppy seeds ( or nothing…)
Cook in preheated 160° oven for about 20’/30’
You can also cook the dough all together, in a baking pan (the one for sandwiches bread shape)
For 90’ to 160° (celtius) which could be 320 fahrenheit.
