Pasta gnocchi is our own recipes of a new way of making pasta with half of the Potatoes dumpling recipe.
100 gr. of organic natural soft flour
150.gr. of semolina flour
500 gr. of potatoes
Boil your potatoes (with skin) until cooked, around for 30 minutes cooking., even better if you roast in the oven with sea salt.
When ready, peel them and press with a potato ricer into a large bowl.
Mix together the riced potatoes, the flour and the egg. The dough should be well mixed and easy to handle.
Roll into a sausage-shape, and cut into small pieces . Roll a rectangle and feel with cheese. Close it and cut the edges.
Cook your asta gnocchi in salted water until they come to the surface of boiling water then serve with meat ragout or butter and parmesan cheese or pesto.
