We are happy to make every week a family cooking class!
Kids can be very skilled to make pasta playing with organic flour and picking vegetables from the kitchen garden, when in season we have!
We have a young daughter, 2 years old, who is becoming a chef, she already make pasta very day with us!
Come and visit us and enjoy not only the family cooking class but also the olive and grape farm with its wine cellar and olive mill that run by solar panels.
We can make gnocchi (potatoes dumplings) or/and tagliatelle or maltagliati, bad cut home made pasta that it is easier to eat without rolling it with the fork! And off course ravioli, or tortelli, and if you like also the Tuscan Gnudi. This is the filling of big ravioli with a good simple tomatoes sauce.
Also we ill make the strawberries or chocolate Tiramisu (pull me up in English!).
We will choose the season menu together that will includes 2 home made pastas and an Italian dessert!

The class start at 10.30 AM for 3,3 hours.
