A great Vegetarian cooking class experience with our organic products from il Fontanaro Olio della pace Extra virgin olive oil to our Miele dell’amore, raw honey!
The Vegetarian cooking class experience is the best way to learn about our Umbrian and Tuscan culture with its olive oils and wines. We will use only vegetables from our farm and the farms around our village of Paciano like La Saporita. (this farm is open September to May). Or Pianporcino in Chianciano.
We will start at 11.00 or 10.30 as you would like, with the olive farm tour, and wine cellar and with a wine and olive oil tasting, than we will start to cook.
Vegetarian cooking class Menu:
- two home made pastas
- and two sauces,
- the eggplants parmigiana or Caponata or other
- and an Italian dessert like the Tiramisù or Peaches and Wines. We can go to the kitchen garden in summer and pick the vegetables we like more!
We will lunch together pairing the food with wine off course!
After lunch we will make a good espresso with our Faema original coffee machine and if you like some Italian Amaro digestives or and Limoncello.
Wines are included in the cost of the class. If you like and if we don’t have too many guests you can enjoy our eco swimming pool after the class in summer!
