Organic arucola (rocket)
Organic peel tomatoes (2 jars)
Pasta from Gragnano or a good dry ITALIAN pasta
Sautè shallots in a pan, and when they become gold add the tomatoes.
In the meanwhile boil water in a big pot, add a spoon of salt. When it boil add pasta (100 grs per person), cook it always 2 minutes less than as it is mentioned in its box.
Goes over the pasta on the tomatoes sause and add arucola as you like, cook it for a couple of minutes, serve it very warm.
